Retail Store Manager

Full-time / Exempt

Starting at $2,500 to $2,692.31 bi-weekly per pay period during training, then:

Yearly fixed base pay of $25,000 PLUS percentage of store sales and percentage of personal sales!

  Learn all about our products and services to provide knowledgeable and wholehearted customer service.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly:
  Oversee everything from sales transactions to inventory management, facility upkeep, and customer satisfaction.

• A natural leader with 1-2+ years of sales and management experience (retail and customer service experience encouraged!).
• A great communicator who thrives in a team environment.
• Someone who loves interior design and creating visually inspiring spaces.
• Flexible and ready to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Energetic, hands-on, and ready to tackle tasks like light lifting, cleaning, and assembly.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Management experience in customer service, retail sales, interior design or consulting preferred and not required.
