Our team supports a wide range of projects, from new construction for homebuilders and homeowners to commercial re-roofing, tenant improvements, repairs, and maintenance for commercial and industrial clients statewide.

We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Technician with hands-on expertise across multiple roofing systems. This is a field-based position that requires occasional overnight travel and reports directly to the Commercial Roofing Division Manager.

• 4+ years of experience in commercial roofing, including both low‑slope and steep‑slope systems
• Proficiency in Coatings, Hot Air Welded Single Ply systems, and knowledge of Standing Seam Metal applications is a plus
• Previous experience and/or certification for operating Forklifts, Lulls, Scissor Lifts, or Boom Lifts is beneficial
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly desirable
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check, drug test, and physical

• Perform high‑quality roofing installations with strong attention to detail
• Complete assigned tasks and projects independently with minimal supervision
• Provide guidance and support to crew members as needed
• Maintain compliance with company safety standards to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned
