Plumbing Technician

Join to apply for the Plumbing Technician role at Bonney Plumbing, Electrical, Heating and Air. We are searching for Full Time Plumbing Technicians to join our team in Vacaville, CA.

Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $/yr. Compensation Range: $60,000.00 - $ (hourly + bonus opportunity).

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems in line with code.
• Service and replace fixtures such as faucets, toilets, sinks, showers, bathtubs, and water heaters.
• Work on water lines, gas lines, sump pumps, re-circulating pumps, and purification systems.
• Troubleshoot plumbing problems, including those concealed behind walls, ceilings, and underground.
• Provide accurate written estimates and cost calculations for customers.
• Perform drain-cleaning services for sewer, kitchen, laundry, and storm lines.
• Safely use ladders (6’, 12’, and 20’) to access roofs and overhead areas.
• Research, order, and track parts; maintain and re-stock service vehicle inventory.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance and knowledge goals.
• Work overtime as needed and perform other plumbing-related duties as assigned.

• GED or High School Diploma.
• 2+ years of experience in the plumbing industry.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and results driven environment.
• Ability to work under stressful conditions and may be exposed to verbal and/or physical confrontations.
• Ability to work extended hours, nights or weekends.
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs.
• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl.
