We are seeking a versatile professional for a hybrid role that bridges customer service, warehouse operations, and commercial delivery. The majority of your time will focus on inside sales, inventory support, and client service at our local branch.

You will also serve as a vital backup driver, stepping into a commercial delivery vehicle to transport industrial, medical, and specialty gases as well as hardgood products during high-traffic periods or vacation coverage.

• Customer & Order Coordination:
  Assist clients with inquiries, process cash/charge orders, totals prices and taxes, and perform order entry using modern digital systems and tools (SAP/PROS).
• Warehouse & Logistics Support:
  Maintain showroom displays, stock inventory, perform warehouse tasks, and assist with cash reconciliation and bank deposits.
• Backup Route Operations:
  Step in as the backup commercial driver when needed, safely operating a route truck to deliver industrial, medical, and specialty gases or supplies in a timely manner while completing required pre/post-trip inspections and DOT paperwork.

A Day in the Life of an Airgas Delivery Driver:

Are you a MATCH?

• Valid Class A or B with HAZMAT (or able to obtain within 90 days from hire date) & Airbrake endorsements
• Maintain appropriate driver’s license, medical card & endorsements
• No more than two (2) traffic convictions: OR two (2) at-fault accident in the last 3 years; or no more than a combination of one (1) traffic conviction and one (1) at-fault accident in the last 3 years
• No driving while under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance within the last seven (7) years
• Must be able to work in a drug-free environment
• Be able to regularly lift 75lbs and move more than 125lbs with the aid of material handling equipment
• Must have 1 year of CDL driving experience in the last 5 years or be able to provide proof of a certificate of completion from trucking school completed in the last 12 months.
