A premier senior living community in Vadnais Heights is seeking a Quality of Life Specialist/Resident Assistant to provide compassionate personal care for residents. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma and preferably a year of experience as a CNA or similar role. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities, meal support, and maintaining communication with families and staff. Shifts available from 7am to 3:30pm and 3pm to 11:30pm, with a pay rate of $18-$20/hour.
