Machine Operator I

Pay: $17.25 per hour + 8% shift differential

Hours:

Sunday to Thursday, 11pm - 7am

Join MME Group and be part of a team that values quality, efficiency, and teamwork! We’re seeking a detail-oriented, reliable individual to operate injection-molding machines and assemble products that meet our high customer standards.

Position Overview:

As an Injection Molding Machine Operator, you will operate one or more machines to mold thermoplastic materials and assemble components according to customer specifications. Your focus will be on producing high-quality products efficiently, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting MME Group’s core values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate injection-molding machines and cycle them per job requirements
• Remove molded parts and scrap material from the machine
• Assemble products following detailed work instructions
• Perform visual or dimensional quality inspections on molded parts
• Ensure packaging meets the required packing plan and labeling accuracy
• Complete daily production documentation and reports
• Notify supervisors promptly of product defects or equipment concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work area and machinery
• Follow all safety procedures and promote a safe workplace

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Legal authorization and identification to work in the U.S.
• Experience in manufacturing or plastic injection molding preferred
• Experience working in a clean room environment preferred
• Ability to read and understand production instructions and safety protocols
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division using whole numbers and decimals)
• Ability to occasionally lift to 30 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, and stoop throughout the shift
• Comfortable with walking and stair climbing within the facility
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
