As the Manager of Clinical Services
, you’ll lead with purpose, compassion, and vision. In this role, you’ll inspire and empower a dedicated clinical team to deliver exceptional, patient‑centered care. Partnering with an interdisciplinary group of professionals, you’ll shape strategic care plans, mentor future leaders, and champion a culture of excellence and empathy. • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate, Bachelors, or Masters)
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• 2+ years of hospice or home health clinical experience required
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience required
• Oversee coordination of patient care and assign appropriate staff to each case
• Support clinicians with real‑time guidance, mentoring, and clinical problem‑solving
• Conduct case reviews, home visits, and clinical audits to ensure high‑quality care
• Manage hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of clinical staff
• Assist in ongoing staff education, orientation, and performance improvement efforts
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance

  Monday through Friday, full‑time position with on‑call responsibilities

The starting salary range for this role is $90,000–$100,000 annual base salary. This range is a good‑faith estimate; we may pay more or less than the posted range, and this range may be modified in the future. Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location;

skills sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs.
