Position Overview

New to insurance? Kevin Kaufer State Farm in Vadnais Heights, MN will get you licensed and selling. We provide paid training, licensing support, and hands‑on coaching from day one, so you can build a real sales skill set - and start earning commission - quickly.

Responsibilities

• Present multi-line insurance products tailored to each customer’s needs and goals
• Book appointments and guide each prospect through the sales process to a decision
• Log every call, quote, and follow‑up in the agency system so your sales pipeline stays current
• Hit weekly outreach targets and monthly production goals
• Complete product training and the coursework needed to get licensed

Qualifications

• Prior sales, retail, or customer‑facing experience preferred - insurance training and licensing provided
• Confident and clear on the phone, including with people you have never spoken to
• Self‑starter who follows up without being reminded
• Ready to complete required state insurance licensing
• Takes coaching well and collaborates easily with the agency team

Pay range: $70,000-$80,000 per year

This range reflects expected total compensation including base salary, commissions, and bonuses- when performance goals are met. Base salary varies based on experience and licensing. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers regularly exceed this range.
