Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site Accounts & Taxation role based in Vadodara. The position involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements. The role includes handling direct and indirect tax compliances, such as filing returns, preparing working papers, and supporting tax audits and assessments. The team member will liaise with clients to clarify documentation requirements, respond to queries, and provide basic financial and tax-related guidance.

The role may also include assisting in internal process improvements, maintaining accurate records, and supporting senior staff with reports and analysis.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, reviewing tax computations, and identifying discrepancies.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with clients, collaborate with colleagues, and prepare clear documentation and reports.
Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge to understand financial statements, accounting principles, and basic financial analysis.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Account Management skills to support client needs, manage ongoing engagements, and maintain professional relationships.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, or equivalent in progress or completed) are an advantage.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with familiarity in tax filing portals and compliance tools.
Strong organizational skills, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
