Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Front Desk Executive role in Vadodara. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting patients, managing appointments, handling phone inquiries, maintaining accurate records, collecting payments and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the reception area. You will also provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient queries and concerns in a professional manner while supporting overall clinic administration.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and maintain a positive attitude with diverse individuals.
Proficiency in handling receptionist duties, such as managing a front desk, scheduling, and maintaining records.
Should be able to meet standards for payment collections and work as per the company's set systems.
Professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle incoming calls with clarity and patience.
Excellent customer service and communication skills to address patient needs effectively.
Organisational skills and a proactive approach to managing daily administrative tasks.
Prior experience in a healthcare or customer-facing role is preferred.
Basic knowledge of dental or medical terminology is a plus, but not mandatory.
Proficiency in using office software and systems for scheduling and record management.
