Spine Surgeon

Role Description

VIROC Super Speciality Orthopaedic Hospital is looking for a skilled Spine Surgeon to join its dedicated Spine Unit.

Key Responsibilities & Clinical Exposure:

- Assisting & performing advanced spine procedures, including Endoscopic Spine Surgery, Scoliosis Surgery, and complex spinal interventions

- Managing and contributing to a high-volume, outcomes-focused spine practice with strong emphasis on patient satisfaction and clinical excellence

- Applying ethical, evidence-based clinical judgment to differentiate between surgical and conservative management approaches

- Collaborating within a multidisciplinary spine care team to deliver consistent, patient-centric outcomes

Mentorship & Learning:

- Direct mentorship under a senior FNB Spine Specialist with extensive experience in 2000+ spine surgeries

- Continuous learning in advanced surgical decision-making, case planning, and procedural optimization

Eligibility Criteria:

- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Spine Surgeon

- Strong clinical acumen, ethical values, and commitment to long-term professional growth
