Job Title:

Corporate Trainer, Executive Education

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Trainer to design and deliver high-quality

executive education programs for corporate clients. The successful candidate will have a strong

background in adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Design:
Design and develop engaging and interactive executive education programs that meet the needs of corporate clients.

2. Training Delivery:
Deliver high-quality training programs to corporate clients, using a variety of

instructional methods and techniques.

3. Needs Assessment:
Conduct needs assessments to understand the learning needs of corporate clients and design programs that meet those needs.

4. Materials Development:
Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises, that support program objectives.

5. Evaluation and Feedback:
Evaluate program effectiveness and provide feedback to participants and clients.

Requirements:

1.

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate training, instructional design and training delivery in reputed Corporate Houses

Skills:

Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

3. Knowledge:
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery.

4.

Certifications:

Relevant certifications, such as Certified Trainer or Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), are desirable.
