Your Role

• Deliver engaging lectures, labs, and seminars in Food Technology / Food Engineering (including Dairy Technology).

• Mentor UG & PG students in research projects, internships, and innovation-based learning.

• Contribute to impactful research, publications, patents, and consultancy projects.

• Collaborate with industry partners and participate in curriculum development, accreditation, and academic initiatives.

Who Can Apply

Essential:

•

B.Tech /

B.Sc. in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Food Engineering, or related field

• M.Tech / M.Sc. in relevant specialization

Preferred:

• Ph.D. completed or pursuing

• Teaching experience in higher education

• Industry exposure in food processing, dairy technology, or product development
