About the Role
Infinity Scholar’s Hub is looking for a passionate and experienced Physics Faculty to mentor and guide students preparing for JEE Main, JEE Advanced, and NEET. The role requires strong conceptual clarity, an exam-oriented teaching approach, and the ability to inspire students to perform at a national level.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver concept-driven, application-focused classroom lectures covering the complete Physics syllabus for JEE and NEET
Develop high-quality study material, practice sheets, question banks, and test papers
Conduct regular doubt-solving sessions to strengthen conceptual understanding
Assess student performance through tests and provide focused, constructive feedback
Contribute to curriculum planning, academic strategy, and content enhancement
Mentor and motivate students toward top ranks in competitive exams
Qualifications and Experience
Master’s degree or higher (M.Sc. / M.Tech. / Ph.D.) in Physics or a related discipline
Minimum 3–4 years of experience teaching Physics for JEE and/or NEET or similar competitive exams
Excellent communication skills with strong classroom management abilities
Preferred Skills
Experience with reputed national-level coaching institutes
Ability to simplify complex Physics concepts through structured explanations and real-world analogies
Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student success
Selection Process
Initial discussion call to understand academic background and teaching experience. Contact :

Faculty Recruitment Test - Candidates will be required to complete the test and submit handwritten solutions within 2 days
Online Demo Lecture - Shortlisted candidates will be invited to conduct an online demo lecture
Final Interview - Final round with the Senior Director
Compensation and Joining - Salary: ₹9 LPA – ₹12 LPA (based on experience and performance)
Expected joining date :
Within 30 Days of Offer Letter or earlier
