Tour Executive

We at Podar International School - Gujarat is looking for a Tour Executive.
Job description    Knowledge of handling Domestic School trips.
Geographical and destination knowledge.
Dealing with School Principal enquiries and aiming to meet highest level of students safety during trips.
Dealing with Suppliers, Operations, and Negotiations section with our Product Manager.
Operational duties start to end process of the trip.
Ability to communicate effectively and independently.
Strong Empathy and Understanding. Charismatic Personality. Keen Ability to Improvise and Adapt. Focuses on Building Rapport.
Tour Manager Duties.
Knowledge of EXCEL PPT WORD , MIS REPORT
Requirement:
2 to 5 years experience in Tour management, preferably in the travel industry. Added advantage if have previous experience of handling school trips.
Graduates in hospitality and tourism or its equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite  Excel, Word and Outlook.
Strong technical aptitude and skills to quickly grasp new work schedule.
Superb communication skills, including writing.
English fluency (communication skills)   A love of travel.
