We’re looking for a Creative Lead who lives and breathes mobile gaming, understands the fast-paced world of performance marketing, and can help guide our ideation team alongside the Creative Director.

Because video is the core of our user acquisition (UA) strategy, we need someone who has an exceptional eye for high-converting video structure, pacing, and visual storytelling, while also being comfortable overseeing static image asset production.

This role is for someone who enjoys both the big-picture creative and the hands-on practical side of production, from thinking up video hooks and ad pacing to checking game builds and troubleshooting technical issues. You’re a jack of all trades.

What You’ll Be Doing
Overseeing and QC-ing creative output from the ideation team, with a primary focus on high-impact video ads and complementary static visual assets.
Working closely with the Creative Director to write sharp, coherent production briefs, develop concepts, and guide the design/editing team.
Shaping video and image concepts to align with mobile gaming UA best practices and platform-specific requirements (Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube). You’ll ensure ads are optimized for the unique pacing, safe zones, and algorithmic demands of social feeds.
Collaborating with our game capture team to oversee gameplay recording, ensuring high-quality, authentic footage that resonates with players and aligns with the creative brief.
Working alongside our AI Producer to oversee AI-assisted workflows, ensuring high-quality asset output across AI image and video generation tools to speed up iteration.
Utilizing a strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop) to effectively review timelines, understand motion workflows, and provide actionable feedback to editors and designers.
Accessing and reviewing game builds to test environments, identify capture opportunities, and troubleshoot issues related to creative implementation or client-side build bugs.
Joining client calls when needed to walk through creative strategies or address build-related issues, while collaborating across creative, production, and technical teams to keep projects moving smoothly.

What We’re Looking For
Someone who genuinely enjoys mobile games, understands gaming culture, and has a proven track record of creating or directing successful video-first UA ad campaigns.
Experience leading or managing small creative teams (designers, video editors, or motion artists).
A sharp eye for detail, especially regarding video pacing, hook engagement, typography, and visual clarity in small-screen formats.
Comfortable working directly with game builds and testing environments to secure the best possible assets.
Familiarity with modern content workflows and an understanding of how to leverage AI tools to enhance traditional video/image pipelines.
A deep understanding of what makes a video successful on modern social platforms (e.g., the first 3-second hook on Tik Tok vs. standard You Tube formatting).
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between creative, production, and technical teams. Calm under pressure and excellent at collaborative problem-solving.
Ability to manage your own time, take ownership of project delivery, and comfortably collaborate across global time zones.
Bonus points if you have a background working in gaming studios, mobile marketing agencies, or specialised performance creative agencies.
