Project Manager – Digital Projects (Oil & Gas / Chemicals)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced  Project Manager  to lead and deliver  end-to-end digital transformation projects  for Oil & Gas and Chemical industry clients. The role involves managing cross-functional initiatives spanning  enterprise applications, cloud platforms, data & analytics, and Operational Technology (OT) systems , ensuring alignment with business objectives, safety standards, and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management
Lead  end-to-end delivery  of digital projects across Applications, Cloud, Analytics, and OT domains
Define project scope, schedule, cost, and resource plans aligned with customer objectives
Ensure adherence to  project governance frameworks  (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Monitor  KPIs, milestones, risks, and deliverables , ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery
Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and margin optimization
Digital Solution Delivery
Oversee implementation of:
Enterprise Applications  (ERP, Asset Management, Engineering systems, GIS)
Cloud solutions  (AWS, Azure, GCP – migration, modernization, cloud-native apps)
Data & Analytics  (Data platforms, dashboards, predictive analytics, AI/ML use cases)
OT/Industrial Systems  (SCADA, DCS, IIoT, Digital Twins, Process Safety systems)
Ensure integration between  IT and OT systems  for seamless digital ecosystems
Technical Expertise
Enterprise applications (SAP, Maximo, AVEVA, Hexagon, etc.)
Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
Data & Analytics platforms (Power BI, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.)
OT systems (SCADA, DCS, PI System, Digital Twin platforms)
Knowledge of  IT-OT convergence architectures
