- CBSE and NCERT-aligned programs

United States

- Online Math Tutoring for elementary and middle school students
- Personalized one-on-one and small group classes

We are looking for a creative, growth-oriented marketer who enjoys building brands, creating content, and using digital channels to drive engagement and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities Content & Social Media

- Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, and You Tube.
- Create reels, short videos, educational posts, infographics, and success stories.
- Develop content for both Indian and US audiences.
- Create blogs, email campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials.

SEO & Website Growth

- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website pages and blogs.
- Publish SEO-friendly content.
- Monitor performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Improve organic traffic and lead generation.

Video Creation

- Create engaging short-form videos using Canva, Cap Cut, and AI tools.
- Record and edit teacher interviews, testimonials, and educational videos.

Analytics & Growth

- Track website and social media performance.
- Generate monthly reports and insights.
- Suggest and implement new growth ideas.

Skills Required:

Must Have

✅ Strong written English

✅ Experience with Canva and basic video editing

✅ Familiarity with Instagram, Linked In, Facebook, and You Tube

✅ Understanding of SEO fundamentals

✅ Experience with ChatGPT and AI tools

✅ Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Search Console

✅ Creative mindset and willingness to experiment

Good to Have

- Word Press experience
- Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Hub Spot or Mailchimp
- Experience in Education or Ed Tech

Compensation

₹4.5–6 LPA + Performance Incentives

Exceptional candidates with strong portfolios and relevant experience may be considered above this range.
