About Role:
We are looking for a  Yardi Implementation Specialist  to lead end-to-end Yardi implementation projects, including system configuration, data migration, validation, and go-live support. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in Yardi, property management accounting, and commercial real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Yardi implementation, including setup, configuration, and data migration.
Migrate and validate residential, multifamily, and commercial property data.
Ensure accuracy of commercial data, including budgets and CAM (Common Area Maintenance) information.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather, map, and cleanse data.
Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure successful migration.
Support go-live activities, user training, troubleshooting, and post-implementation enhancements.
Document implementation processes, configurations, and data mappings.

What We're Looking For
Minimum  2+ years  of experience in Yardi implementation or system migration projects.
Strong understanding of  Yardi , property management accounting, and real estate operations.
Experience migrating data from  Net Suite to Yardi  (or similar ERP/property management platforms).
Hands-on experience with commercial real estate, including  CAM reconciliation  and budgeting.
Strong Excel and data validation skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Real Estate, or a related field.
