Project Supply Chain Lead

Description   We are seeking an experienced Project Supply Chain Lead to oversee and optimize our supply chain projects in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities    Lead and manage supply chain projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize processes and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and production to ensure smooth operations.
Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, forecast demand, and improve efficiency.
Prepare and present project updates and performance metrics to stakeholders.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Continuously monitor supply chain performance and implement improvements.

Skills and Qualifications    Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
7-11 years of experience in supply chain management or project management.
Proficient in supply chain software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Proven leadership skills with experience in managing teams and projects.
Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
