Plant Head

We're Hiring:
Plant Head — Inverter Manufacturing  Vadodara, Gujarat |  ₹10–15 LPA |  Full-time, On-site

Grid Edge Renewables is a new Indian solar inverter company building a reliable range of on-grid and hybrid inverters for the country's fast-growing solar market. We're looking for a Plant Head to lead our manufacturing operations end-to-end.

What you'll do:

- Lead day-to-day plant operations for on-grid and hybrid inverter manufacturing
- Set up and optimize production lines, SOPs, and throughput targets
- Own quality, safety, inventory, and on-time output across the facility
- Build and mentor the production, QC, and line teams
- Coordinate with supply chain on material readiness and component flow
- Drive cost, yield, and efficiency improvements

What we're looking for:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in inverter / power electronics / electronics manufacturing, ideally with on-grid and hybrid inverters
- Strong grasp of production lines, testing processes, and quality systems
- Proven people-leadership and plant-management capability
- Engineering background (Electrical / Electronics / Power) preferred
