Role Description

As an Associate Founder at SNH Innovation LLP, you will play a pivotal role in research and development efforts to advance innovative cancer therapies. Your responsibilities will include leading scientific investigations, managing laboratory operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to strategic planning for the company's growth. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara.

Qualifications

Strong scientific research skills, with expertise in Nanoparticulate technologies, immunotherapy, and antibody drug conjugates.
Proficiency in laboratory techniques, data analysis, and experimental design.
Leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and collaborate with multidisciplinary groups.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges.
Advanced degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in Biotechnology, Pharmacology, or a related field.
Prior experience in oncology research or drug development is highly desirable.
Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate scientific findings effectively.
