Store Executive

Virbhu India Pvt Ltd – Vadodara (Gujarat), a wholly owned subsidiary of AK-LLC (USA), operating in the field of power electronics , has as an immediate opening for a Store in Charge.

Store In charge with Tally responsibilities manages all physical inventory operations while maintaining real-time digital records in Tally ERP/Prime. Responsible for the end-to-end flow of materials—receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing—and ensuring that the physical stock matches the digital inventory records.

Core Responsibilities

Tally Data Entry & Documentation:
Timely entry of all inward and outward materials into Tally.
Preparation of Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) based on supplier invoices and purchase orders.
Generation of Material Issue Notes and Delivery Challans for dispatching items.
Maintaining records of Job Work (returnable/non-returnable) in Tally.

Inventory Management & Control:
Conducting daily/weekly/monthly physical stock verification and reconciling it with Tally records.
Maintaining, updating, and monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Implementing FIFO (First-In-First-Out) or FEFO (First-Expire-First-Out) methods for stock issuance.
Managing inventory, including raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.

Store Operations:
Supervising the receipt, unloading, inspection, and safe storage of materials.
Organizing the store, using bin cards, and implementing 5S systems (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
Ensuring proper labeling and identification of items.
Reporting & Compliance:
Preparing MIS reports such as stock statements, consumption reports, and slow-moving/non-moving item lists.
Coordinating with the accounts department for invoice verification and vendor payments.
Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and ISO regulations.

Required

Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in Tally:
Thorough knowledge of Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime (inventory and accounts modules).
Computer

Skills:

Knowledge of MS Excel and Word for reporting.

Experience:

Requires 5–8+ years of experience in store management/inventory control.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with engineering items, raw materials, or specific industry materials.

Soft Skills:

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication skills.
