Clinical Manager –
Registered Nurse (Full‑time)

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse to serve as a Clinical Manager at our Medicare certified home health office in Sierra Vista, AZ.

• $5000 Sign‑On Bonus

• Directing and coordinating care provided by a multi‑disciplinary team of home health care professionals.
• Processing incoming referrals.
• Managing and mentoring Clinical Associates and field staff.
• Orienting field staff.
• Reviewing documentation, including OASIS and Home Care Home Base.
• Monitoring quality assurance.
• Managing staff productivity and overall case management.
• Visiting clients as necessary.

• Active Registered Nurse license in AZ.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience (med/surge, acute, ER, etc.).
• Recent Medicare Certified Home Health Care experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation.
• Thorough understanding of OASIS documentation and ICD‑10 coding.
• HCHB certification a plus.
• Strong people‑management and leadership experience a plus.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Base salary up to $90k/year plus quarterly bonus eligibility based on KPI metrics.
