• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to achieve McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for a great shift.

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule; enjoyment of a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
