As Executive Assistant to the General Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the hotel’s leadership during its pre‑opening phase and beyond. You will manage administrative tasks, coordinate communications, and ensure the smooth operation of the General Manager’s office. Your professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills will help drive efficiency and foster collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the General Manager
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as needed
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records
- Assist in planning and coordinating executive meetings and events
- Liaise with department heads to ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives
- Support the General Manager in interactions with owners, corporate offices, and local authorities
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an executive assistant or administrative role, preferably in hospitality
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business communication tools
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Experience interacting with local authorities and external stakeholders is a plus
