Scully Builder Corporation is a well-established custom building and remodeling company serving Eagle County for decades. We are seeking a motivated, hands‑on Entry‑Level Project Manager / Field Supervisor eager to learn the construction business from the ground up while supporting active residential projects across Eagle County.

This is a full‑time, on‑site position ideal for someone early in their construction career who is eager to gain real‑world experience, grow professionally, and build a long‑term future in the construction industry.

• Assist with day‑to‑day supervision of residential construction and remodeling projects
• Support project scheduling, site coordination, and subcontractor communication
• Perform hands‑on construction tasks as needed; this is a field‑based, labor‑intensive role
• Maintain job site organization, safety, and cleanliness
• Communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors
• Help identify and solve on‑site challenges as they arise

• Construction background, site management experience, or construction management education preferred
• Comfortable using hand and power tools; willing to work in a physically demanding environment
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on active construction sites
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn
• Resourceful problem‑solver with strong communication skills
• English required;
  Spanish‑speaking ability is a significant plus

• $60,000 – $85,000 annually
