• Produce a consistent product that meets and exceeds guests’ needs in a timely manner.
• Menu development and design.
• Monitor food production, quality, and consistency.
• Maintain staffing levels and assist in departmental trainings.
• Possess in‑depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations, including culinary education, cost control, communication, computer, organizational, and guest contact experience, as well as culinary teaching skills.

• Minimum 5 years of work experience as a specialized sushi chef in a hotel or large restaurant.
• Experience with luxury brands preferred.
