Position: OWBR Concierge - Housing Available!

Wage: $20-24/hr plus commissions & tips

Typical Schedule:

Shifts are from 6:45am to 2:45pm and from 2:45pm to 10:45pm

Final date to receive applications:

Position Summary

The Concierge delivers exceptional, personalized service to guests and club members, ensuring every stay is seamless and memorable. This role supports One Willow Bridge Road owners with vacation planning, coordinates guest services, and builds strong local relationships to enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized recommendations and arrange dining, transportation, and local activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with area restaurants, shops, and service providers.
  • Handle check-in/check-out procedures and assist with guest requests and reservations.
  • Manage cash drawer and process transactions accurately.
  • Communicate professionally in person and over the phone; ensure messages are accurate and complete.
  • Coordinate guest transportation and luggage handling.
  • Assist members with scheduling vacation weeks and space-available stays.
  • Record guest feedback, service requests, and follow-up actions in hotel systems.
  • Collaborate with Front Desk, Bell, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
  • Previous concierge or front-desk experience preferred.
  • Warm, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong local knowledge and enthusiasm for guest service.
  • Valid Colorado driver’s license required.
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
