• Set up, maintain, and break down the breakfast buffet, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests and owners.
• Brew fresh coffee and handle light cooking tasks using the oven and stove.
• Keep the breakfast area spotless—frequently cleaning high‑touch points and busing tables as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen throughout your shift, ensuring everything is spotless before you leave.
• Monitor inventory and restock breakfast items to keep the morning running smoothly.

We’re looking for someone with outstanding customer service skills who’s ready to make our buffet an exceptional experience. English fluency is preferred but not required. You’ll prepare and restock food, bus tables, and keep dishes clean and organized, all while ensuring a spotless buffet area. This is a dynamic, hands‑on position where you'll be on your feet, engaging with guests and supporting your team throughout your shift.
