Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail is seeking a Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, check them in/out, and ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience. As the first and last impression, you will represent the high standard of hospitality expected at our luxury hotel.
You will utilize hotel systems (Opera preferred) to process reservations, handle inquiries, and assist with guest requests with warmth and professionalism. English fluency is required;
Spanish is a plus.
