- Manage a case mix that includes primarily orthopedic surgeries, spine procedures, and other general cases — no heads or hearts
- Deliver safe, effective anesthesia for a variety of surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures
- Provide anesthesia care for obstetric patients as needed — OB experience is preferred but not required
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Currently, there are no night, weekend, call, or holiday requirements. However, there may be opportunities for those shifts in the future, with additional compensation for those who are interested
- 10K Sign‑on bonus
- Evening, night, and weekend shift differentials
- On‑call pay
- Accrue up to 8 weeks of PTO per year
- CME time off and $5,000 in CME funds per year
- Existing Student Loan Repayment Assistance

- Active CRNA certification and Colorado RN license (or compact eligible)
- 5+ years of CRNA experience preferred
- Advanced airway management skills and a strong grasp of current anesthesia practices
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Excellent communication and decision‑making skills
