This is a full-time on-site role for a Broker Associate located in Vail, CO. The Broker Associate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property showings, preparing contracts, marketing properties, evaluating market trends, and providing exceptional customer service to buyers, sellers, and renters. The Broker Associate will also collaborate with other brokers and team members to achieve sales goals and expand their network.

• Experience in Real Estate Sales and Property Showings
• Ability to develop and execute Marketing Strategies, and assess Market Trends
• Skills in Contract Preparation and Negotiation
• Excellent Customer Service, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
• Knowledge of the Vail, CO real estate market
• Must possess a valid real estate license in Colorado
• Experience with luxury resort real estate is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
