Cocktail Server - Accepting Applications For Winter  Energetic Cocktail Server – Avanti F&B in Vail! Now accepting applicants for the winter season! Avanti F&B, Vail’s exciting high-volume food collective, is looking for Cocktail Servers to join our team. If you’re passionate about hospitality, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and love connecting with guests, this is a great opportunity to work in one of Vail’s most vibrant dining destinations.

We offer flexible scheduling, excellent earning potential, a fun and energetic team environment, and opportunities for growth within Avanti. Compensation: $11.79 hourly + tips (Guaranteed match of at least $21.50/hour for all shifts) and discounts on food & beverages.

• Maintain a large section of up to 50 guests in various patio and lounge areas throughout your shift.
• Provide excellent customer service with a professional and friendly demeanor and the ability to upsell!
• Explain and promote our beverage menu, including beer, wine, and cocktails, with a high level of salesmanship.
• Work efficiently and calmly during high-volume service periods.
• Maintain a positive and polite attitude toward guests and fellow employees.
• Collaborate as a team player to ensure smooth and seamless service.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization in your service areas.
• Deliver a memorable guest experience that reflects Avanti’s standards.

• Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality.
• Prior food service industry experience is highly desired, but not necessary with the right candidate.
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 15–20 pounds when necessary.
• English proficiency required;
  Spanish language skills a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional with a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Compensation: $11.79 hourly + tips
