Salary and signing bonus: $2,000 Signing Bonus ($500 on first paycheck, $500 after 60 days, $1,000 after 90 days).

This position will prepare food items per guest orders with consistent quality following recipes, production, portion, and presentation standards; complete mise en place and set up the station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service; maintain a safe, sanitary work environment.

• Prepare food items to order on the line and manage items made ahead to meet estimated needs.
• Operate, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment (deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, flat top grill).
• Date and rotate food containers, ensure perishables are at proper temperatures, check pars, determine necessary preparation, and set up the line. Note shortages and return unused items to storage; assist in controlling food costs and reducing waste per policy.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

• 3+ years culinary or related experience; culinary education or equivalent experience; proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours.
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills; strong organizational skills; ability to work autonomously.
• Fluency in English; U.S. work authorization required for this location.
