The Sales Professional at Betteridge prioritizes clients' needs and builds lasting relationships through attentive service and personalized recommendations. The role requires strong knowledge of merchandise, a passion for timepieces and jewelry, and the ability to deliver memorable luxury experiences through storytelling and hospitality.
Responsibilities- Build client relationships by listening, anticipating needs, and taking personal responsibility for client requests.
- Maintain current knowledge of company merchandise and newly introduced products.
- Deliver exceptional client service and selling experiences through storytelling and hospitality.
- Work collaboratively and accommodate showroom hours, including evenings and weekends.
- At least 2 years of retail service experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Excellent storytelling, client service, selling, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Passion for timepieces and/or jewelry.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work as part of a team and computer literacy, including MS Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
