Xssentials is seeking an Electrician living in Eagle County to join our dynamic team. We are in search of a skilled and motivated Journeyman Electrician specializing in lighting control system upgrades. Join our expert team and play a pivotal role in delivering innovative lighting control solutions to our discerning clientele.

• Plan and install new lighting control systems:
  Collaborate with our design and engineering teams to evaluate the unique needs and preferences of each client, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Maintain existing lighting control systems:
  Conduct assessments of existing lighting control systems, troubleshoot issues, and propose upgrades or enhancements.
• Install various lighting control devices, automation technologies, and fixtures:
  Adhere to all relevant electrical codes and regulations while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, ensuring the efficient use of resources.
• Customer and Trade Relations:
  Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with other trades and clients.
• Team
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work with other team members to meet and exceed performance goals. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages mutual support and achievement.
• Technical Expertise:
  Maintain a solid understanding of the latest technology and industry trends. Continuously update your knowledge to effectively support our clients' evolving needs.

• Previous
  
  Experience:
  
  Valid Journeyman Electrician license in the state of Colorado. Low Voltage and Alarm experience is beneficial. Proficiency in installing, configuring, and upgrading lighting control systems, automation technologies, and fixtures.
• Problem Solving: A solid understanding of electrical code, home technology, and security systems, with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Customer‑Centric Approach:
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Coordination and
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Ability to coordinate with other departments within Xssentials to ensure that every installation or service request is met with efficiency and resourcefulness. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge Base and Commitment to Growth:
  Thorough knowledge of local electrical codes and regulations, with a commitment to personal and professional growth, continuously advancing your technical skills to stay at the forefront of home technology.

This is a full‑time, in‑person position based in Vail, CO. Candidates must comply with all local and state regulations and licensing requirements.
