Personal Banking Customer Service Associate

Build customer relationships at TD Canada Trust in Val-d'Or through personalized advice, accurate transactions, and responsive branch service. The schedule is 18.75 hours.

This Customer Experience Associate role sits within Personal and Commercial Banking and serves existing or prospective TD customers. You will understand needs, recommend banking solutions, and connect customers with appropriate team members or internal partners. Success includes resolving concerns, meeting assigned objectives, and delivering clear, courteous service while protecting confidential information.

• High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
• Dynamic verbal and written communication skills
