Restorative Nursing Assistant

The Restorative Nursing Assistant will provide residents with restorative/rehabilitative activities according to the treatment plan or Range of Motion (ROM) plan written by a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, and/or Speech-Language Pathologist.

Full Time Day Shift. Pay Range: $21.05 - $31.54 per hour. Up to $2,500 hiring bonus for eligible full‑time external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Assist patients with restorative and rehabilitative activities to support recovery and mobility goals as outlined in the treatment or ROM plan.

• Successful completion of a state‑approved CNA program.
• Must complete twelve (12) hours of in‑service training annually to maintain certification.
• Upon hire:
  Alaska Nursing Assistant Certification License.
• Within 30 days of hire:
  National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.

• 1 year experience in a rehabilitation or long‑term care setting.
• 2 years custodial nursing care.
