Overview

Restorative Nursing Assistant at Providence Valdez Medical Center. Support residents with restorative/rehabilitative activities following treatment plans from PT, OT, and SLP.

Provide restorative/rehabilitative activities according to the treatment plan or ROM plan written by a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, and/or Speech-Language Pathologist.

• Successful completion of a state‑approved CNA program.
• Must complete twelve (12) hours of in‑service training annually to maintain certification.
• Upon hire:
  Alaska Nursing Assistant Certification License.
• Within 30 days of hire:
  National Provider BLS – American Heart Association.

• 1 year experience in a rehabilitation or long‑term care setting.
• 2 years custodial nursing care.

Base pay range: $21.05 – $31.54. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, and bonus opportunities. Up to $2,500 hiring bonus for eligible full‑time external hires. Retirement 401(k) plan with employer matching.
