About the Role

We are hiring for one of our prime clients seeking a highly motivated Senior Branch Network Management Trainee (SAFE) within the Consumer, Small, and Business Banking division. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead and develop a diverse team, drive branch performance, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Upon successful completion of the Branch Manager Readiness Program, you will transition into a managerial position based on branch availability.

• Lead and coach a high-performing team to achieve branch goals and deliver superior customer experiences.
• Build strong relationships with customers, identify financial needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance with all regulatory and risk management standards.

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in banking or financial services.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
