We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our growing team in Valdosta, GA. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing project specifications and blueprints to prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects. The Estimator will work closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure that all estimates are comprehensive and competitive.

• Analyze project specifications and blueprints to prepare accurate cost estimates
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure comprehensive and competitive estimates
• Review and evaluate cost estimates to identify potential areas for improvement
• Prepare and submit bids and proposals for construction projects
• Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to project managers
• Ensure that all estimates comply with company policies and procedures

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret project specifications and blueprints
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction estimating software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred) or 2 years experience Estimating
