The Department of Management and Marketing seeks a ten‑month tenure‑track faculty position beginning August 1, 2026. The chosen candidate will: teach courses in their expertise area, maintain scholarly productivity, and participate in service at the department, college, and university levels. The department fosters experiential learning, critical thinking, and innovative instruction that links theory to real‑world business challenges. This position is within the Harley Langdale Jr.

Typical Allocation of Duties:
80 % Teaching & Scholarship –

• Ph.D. or D.B.A. in Business Analytics or a related discipline from an AACSB‑accredited institution by appointment date
• Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching, learning, and scholarship

• A record of effective teaching appropriate to the applicant’s career stage
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative setting
• A record of mentoring students
