Job SummaryEmbed within a specific recruitment community, establish and maintain an institutional presence and serve as a liaison for potential students. Establish and administer programs for targeting, recruitment, and retention of defined groups of students within the community, make presentations and coordinate events. Recruit students and provide assistance and advice in relation to the admissions process.

Responsibilities- Manage assigned territory and compile data to set recruitment goals.
- Visit schools and colleges, speak to students, and foster relationships with school officials.
- Design and implement recruitment programs for targeted groups.
- Provide information to students and families regarding admission, policies, transfer credits, and financial assistance.
- Create and distribute promotional materials for recruitment and retention.
- Audit student data and analyze trends for program evaluation.
- Represent VSU in events within the Atlanta region, including college fairs and high school visits, requiring extensive travel.
- Attend on-campus admissions events such as Open House, Accepted Student Day, Scholarship Day, and trainings.
- Use technology (texting, email, phone) to maximize student engagement and analyze data to inform outreach strategies.
Required Experience: Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of related work experience.
CompensationProposed Salary: $56,160
