The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching courses in the candidate's area of expertise.

This opportunity is working within the Mathematics Department teaching part time face-to-face or online courses depending upon the need of the department. The Department of Mathematics is a department of the College of Science & Mathematics (CoSM) at Valdosta State University.

• Must have earned a graduate degree from a regionally accredited university with at least 18 graduate credit hours in a related field.
• Demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching and learning.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative setting.
• A record of mentoring students.
