Essential Functions Statement(s)Performs all duties of an Admissions and Guest Advocate Representative
Assists in overseeing operation of Admissions Department, ensuring operation meets the company standards for quality, safety, service, and financial efficiency.
Coaches, trains, disciplines and evaluates Team Members within area of responsibility
Evaluate, analyze, and address negative financial trends and over/shorts.
Serve as Admissions Manager on Duty as assigned

Possess or working towards High School Diploma or GED preferred
ExperienceSupervisory experience and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
Computer SkillsPosition requires Team Member to have strong basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
