As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you'll be the face of FCCU's home lending experience - building trust, guiding members through the mortgage journey, and delivering personalized solutions.

• Originate residential loans (purchase & refinance) for secondary market or portfolio.
• Manage loan applications, disclosures, rate locks, and documentation using Mortgage bot & Encompass.
• Deliver proactive communication and top-tier member service throughout the loan process.
• Maintain organized pipelines and meet volume goals.
• Cross-sell FCCU products to meet member needs.
• Stay current on mortgage regulations and compliance standards.
• Represent FCCU at community events and member meetings - evenings/weekends as needed.

You're a high-energy mortgage professional with a passion for service, sales, and community impact.

• 2+ years of college-level coursework in finance or lending-related fields.
• 3+ years in high-volume mortgage lending, with at least 1 year of origination experience.
• Strong sales, communication, and organizational skills.
• Deep knowledge of mortgage products (FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, FHLMC) and credit analysis.
• NMLS registration or eligibility required.
