Under general supervision, instructs and supervises students of a state educational, rehabilitation, health care of correctional facility. Develops individual instruction plans, provides instruction, completes reports and tutors students.
Additional Responsibilities:- Facilitates and participates in the development, review and evaluation of individualized Family Service Plans for infants and toddlers with developmental delays/medical conditions.
- Assists families in gaining access to early intervention services.
- Coordinates multiple providers of services and works collaboratively with community agencies and providers.
- Coordinates developmental evaluations and assessments.
- Performs child evaluation/assessment activities.
- Responsible for supervision of district's program of special instruction.
- Participate in quarterly coaching review meetings with BCW staff.
- Asist in EIC with any special projects, trainings, meetings, or activities.
