We are hiring an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) to provide in-home ABA therapy services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role involves one-to-one instruction for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or related developmental disabilities within the home, school, or community.

- Collaborate with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic ABA principles and teaching procedures.
- Arrive on time and prepared for each therapy session.
- Collect detailed behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions and accurately record hours and data using an electronic device.
- Complete other related duties as required.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (required).
- Team player with excellent customer service skills for clients and families.
- Personal means of transportation.
- Willingness to receive feedback, supervision, and ongoing training.
- Compassion and patience toward children with disabilities and their families.
