Project Manager – Gideon Construction
Gideon Constructors, a commercial general contractor headquartered in Valdosta, GA, is seeking a full‑time Project Manager to oversee multi‑family construction projects from inception through closeout. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Valdosta, GA and travel to projects as needed.
Location:
Valdosta, GA, 31602
$85,000.00 – $ per year
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate and communicate with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards
- Monitor and report on project progress to senior management
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date
- Proven experience as a Project Manager
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project management software
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or 5‑years experience as a Project Manager
- Experience with Procore is preferred
